Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or pre-order items may require additional time before shipment.
Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text message.
Simya Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier (USPS or UPS) has accepted the parcel. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time to your pickup appointment — a $10 reschedule fee will apply to missed or late arrivals.
