Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct length, texture, and type before purchasing.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time.
5. Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text. Simya Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the carrier receives them.
For any delivery issues, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
6. Quality & Hair Care
All hair is 100% guaranteed high quality (virgin/raw/premium). Please maintain your extensions using sulfate-free products to ensure longevity. Improper care is not considered a product issue.
7. Hot Tools & Hair Tools
All tools are tested before shipping. Any manufacturer defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. After that timeframe, we are not responsible.
8. Payment
We accept all major payment methods.
No chargebacks or fraudulent disputes — legal action may be taken if necessary. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
9. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please arrive on time; a $10 reschedule fee will apply for missed appointments.
